...an organizational marvel.
Eileen is an organizational marvel. Twice she’s worked with me on projects that totally overwhelmed me until she came to my rescue. First, she organized a zillion books, files and office supplies, rearranged my furniture, and devised tricks to optimize the space in my small study. On our second project, preparing an archives for donation to a museum abroad, Eileen designed a step-by-step plan for making order out of ten dusty boxes of transcripts and audio tapes that had been in storage for 25 years. I am enormously grateful to Eileen for her skill and patience.

I have an enormous kitchen which over 15 years and countless housemates, became overstuffed with gadgets, gizmos, out-dated dry goods, and many unidentifiable items. Even though the kitchen has plenty of storage space plus a pantry to the side, everything was stuffed to the max. I could not find anything. I couldn’t bring myself to throw any of it out and had no idea where to begin.
I met with Eileen and she immediately gave me a plan of action. The best part was she did all of the organizing while I was on vacation. I returned to a fully functional, fabulously organized kitchen that now has plenty of extra storage space. The items she proposed I throw away she put in bags for me to review-- unless it was obviously gross!! She even categorized and alphabetized my takeout menus!
Now I can find everything and everything has its place. Her organizational skills are so intuitive that her system is easy to maintain. One of my favorite touches is how she arranged my spices in a pull-out drawer with all the labels facing upwards. No more looking at unlabeled lids and digging through bins to find the spice I need. Eileen rocks! I mean it!

Eileen is the Diva of Details. She has the interminable ability to bring order to chaos. Wherever she goes, she leaves beauty and harmony in her wake.
After seeing “organize my office” on my to-do list for over a year, I realized that I needed help. Eileen quickly transformed my office from a crazy clutter of piles and a space that didn’t work for me to a place that I enjoy spending time in. I’m more productive and it feels great to finally have my office in order. I don’t know why I waited so long to ask for her help.

Eileen was extremely helpful in a major move that I made last year. I had to leave my home of 35 years and downsize to an apartment with one-third of the space of my former house. Eileen was invaluable in sorting through my possessions and helping me make choices on what to keep and what (and how) to dispose of my household goods, furniture, artwork, clothes, etc. She was always sensitive to my needs. The boxes were so well organized that the unpacking and moving into my new apartment was speedy and painless—at least for me—Eileen was doing all the work. I am so grateful to her that I could move and get settled in a new environment quickly and efficiently. She was always very punctual.

I had the pleasure of working with Eileen and Clearvoyance when she organized my closets and dressers after a remodel on my master bedroom and bath. She helped me determine what clothes to keep and how to display them in the new space. She then streamlined the closets and drawers using colors and proper hangers to organize my clothes and personal spaces. I no longer have to spend time searching for the right item, I know exactly where it is. Eileen was tireless and worked with me to make this an easy and exciting transition. I met her when I was a newbie, novice to the world of rock ‘n roll touring.
I have known Eileen for over 20 years. I met her when I was a newbie, novice to the world of rock ‘n roll touring. We worked for Prince and went on to Paula Abdul and Janet Jackson. She taught me the tricks of the trade… set-up methods, organizing road cases, decorating dressing rooms, managing quick change rooms and just keeping the show on the road ! Her innovative techniques and methods are still being used today. Who cannot remember color coding hangers and dancers’ costumes…we never lost a garment…eight racks of clothes, eight dancers with 6 quick changes of intricate costumes made up of many pieces.
We have remained good friends and when I made a big move I knew who to call for help. I was unable to have her come to LA for the packing, but she arrived when all my stuff was chaotically jammed in two rooms of my new home. I did not know how to use the movers to help me organize where to place my furniture and boxes. We played house Rubik’s Cube until we found what belonged in the kitchen, bedroom, design studio and bath. Eileen quickly saw what needed to be done and made what appeared to me to be an enormous, impossible task and a good excuse to go to the movies, into a smooth operation.
Her no-nonsense, but fun attitude made everything seem perfectly fine. My kitchen has such amazing organization that I have not had to call her to find anything. I have had friends over for dinner much sooner than I ever expected. Overall, I have to say that my move-in was made easy with the input and expertise of a calm, assertive, no nonsense, kind and very, very hardworking professional! Thank you Eileen.

I found myself feeling very overwhelmed...
I had a last minute move come up June of 2009. I found myself feeling very overwhelmed even though I consider myself very organized. I called Eileen and two days later she was in my living room planning my move. She was just going to help me pack and then she suggested that she orchestrate the entire move.
I had a business trip coming up within the week. So, in three days she had me packed and ready to move…color-coded boxes and movers booked! As strange as it seems, I left on my trip with Eileen in charge of the entire move. I was on the road for fifteen days and when I returned to my new space, everything was unpacked, set up and completely organized! I cannot completely describe the bliss of entering my new home for the first time.
As one who pampers and helps others to feel and look their best, it was wonderful to experience someone applying the same treatment to my home. From unpacking to hanging my pictures to organizing my closets to making table runners that match my chair coverings and lampshade, Clearvoyance took care of every detail. It would have taken me over a year to customize my home to fit all my belongings the way Clearvoyance did as it was one- third the size of my former apartment and they did it in a couple of weeks. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I am so thankful to come home each night and have my life in order. My apartment reflects me with Eileen’s organization and touch.

Nothing gives me greater pleasure than the opportunity to recommend the services of an individual such as Eileen Licitri, when they have most certainly earned and deserve the highest praise. It's incredibly rare, in my opinion, to find someone who not only delivers on what they have promised, but anticipates my needs, and exceeds my expectations. I moved twice while living on the west coast and Eileen was responsible for both. I have known Eileen for many years. She has moved, organized and set up personal friends, many of my clients, as well as myself. Last November she set up my entire move, packing, hiring the movers, unpacking and setting up my new place. I got home from work the evening of my move and was able to sleep in my beautifully organized and set up bedroom! She will assess your needs, organize everything and do it! She made the stress of moving minimal and helped me make decisions on "what to do with all this stuff" as I was downsizing to a smaller place. She knows so many artists & organizations to donate to.
